Keramab rents out the company roof in exchange for solar power!

Keramab N.V. is switching to green energy in a smart way. The company is the European market leader in high temperature resistant insulation material and is part of the worldwide active Insulcon Group. Keramab N.V. rents out the roof of the office and production facility in Temse (Belgium) to SolarAccess in exchange for solar power.
SolarAccess (specialised in the development and manufacturing of solar power for industrial roofs) installed 1700 solar panels with a capacity of 450 kWp. This will result in a yearly reduction of 550 tonne CO2! The system has a yearly production of more than 400 MWh of green energy, which is comparable to the power usage of about one hundred households.
